ABOUT BLACKSTONE PSYCHOLOGY GROUP
Blackstone Psychology Group is a psychology firm delivering clinically grounded therapy and coaching to optimize mental health, leadership, and performance for individuals and organizations.

We operate at the intersection of clinical psychology and real-world performance, delivering evidence-based therapy alongside high-impact personal and professional development.

Our work is grounded in the understanding that psychological barriers are often the primary constraint on productivity, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness.

At Blackstone, we help clients identify and resolve internal obstacles such as stress, burnout, low clarity, emotional reactivity, and limiting behavioral patterns.

Through structured, clinically informed approaches, these barriers are replaced with clarity, discipline, and sustainable performance.

OUR STANDARD
Many approaches focus on understanding thoughts, patterns, and behaviors.

At Blackstone, understanding is only the starting point.

We focus on how that insight translates into action, how it impacts decision-making, behavior, and long-term outcomes.

This means our work is structured, direct, and grounded in real-world application.

Sessions are designed to create clarity, challenge unproductive patterns, and support consistent execution over time.

The goal is not just awareness.

It’s the ability to think clearly, act intentionally, and perform consistently.

Her goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable while also feeling supported and appropriately challenged.
